Mateus brings eight years of hands-on experience across operations and service delivery, with a sharp focus on what makes labour hire actually work. Trained as a civil engineer, he's spent years on site and in the office, learning how projects move and where workforce gaps create pressure.

At VP Recruit, Mateus leads the commercial strategy, client relationships, and internal operations. He built the systems that power fast placements without sacrificing quality or care. His approach is direct: Understand what the client needs, match them with the right worker, and follow through every time. He values speed without chaos, structure without rigidity, and relationships built on trust that's earned, not assumed.

Mateus knows what it takes to deliver under pressure because he's been there himself. From managing teams, solving problems on the fly, and backing his word with action.
