Jean combines a mechanical engineering background with deep experience across major construction projects in NSW. He's worked alongside delivery teams in structural and site-based operations, which gives him a grounded understanding of what reliable labour looks like in the field.
At VP Recruit, Jean oversees workforce planning, compliance frameworks, and operational standards. He built the vetting processes that make sure every placement is safe, qualified, and ready to perform from day one. His focus is on consistency. Creating systems that work across projects, clients, and teams without constant supervision or last-minute fixes.
Jean takes compliance seriously because he's seen what happens when it's treated as an afterthought. He values precision, accountability, and doing the work properly so clients and workers can both trust the outcome.
